I'm doing a CTR cake for a little girl and wondered how you got the cake to be that shape... what shape pan do you start with and do you just cut it? Very cute! :D
I used a large rectangle pan and lined them up side by side. Cutting the top and sides to get the correct shape. I cut the cake while it was frozen to get it to have nice clean cuts.
My first CTR cake made for my nephew Ethan for his baptism.
